How to check for iServer license usage from the iManager command line

Starting with iManager release 7.0.05 and higher it ability for users to check
the current status of an iServer from the command line. The new
command line options are :

-licenseStatus [n]
-licenseStatusCSV [n]

where [n] is an optional number of seconds interval to continually
check the license status. The absence of the parameter will just
output once the iServer's license status. The -licenseStatusCSV
form of the command line will ouput the information in CSV format
which is useful for those who want to continually monitor and log
license usage.

Below are some example of how to monitor an iServer's license usage :

WINDOWS EXAMPLES:

"C:\Program Files\iTivity\bin\starter.exe" -iserver -isuid -ispwd -nogui -snodiag -nologo -licenseStatus

Will produce an output similar this below :

iserver.us.tridia.com 19:27:15 PM 10/30/2016 [Licensed with 0 licenses in use out of 200 available]

Or if we specify a time interval to check for the license status we
see a constant output similar to the one below :

iserver.us.tridia.com 19:29:09 PM 10/30/2016 [Licensed with 0 licenses in use out of 200 available]
iserver.us.tridia.com 19:29:09 PM 10/30/2016 [Licensed with 0 licenses in use out of 200 available]
iserver.us.tridia.com 19:29:19 PM 10/30/2016 [Licensed with 0 licenses in use out of 200 available]
iserver.us.tridia.com 19:29:19 PM 10/30/2016 [Licensed with 0 licenses in use out of 200 available]

UNIX EXAMPLES:

The command below will check the license status every 10 seconds and
output the status in CSV format. Notice the usage of the -nologo
-snodiag -nogui options used to reduce the user interface display.

iManager -iserver my-server:25800 -isuid myusername -ispwd mypassword -nogui -snodiag -nologo -licenseStatus 10

iserver.us.tridia.com 19:29:09 PM 10/30/2016 [Licensed with 0 licenses in use out of 200 available]
iserver.us.tridia.com 19:29:09 PM 10/30/2016 [Licensed with 0 licenses in use out of 200 available]
